My name is *Agnelo Dias, and I am the founder of our food truck. Originally from **Bombay (Mumbai), India*, I have always dreamed of sharing the rich and vibrant flavours of my homeland with people in France.

My journey in hospitality began in India, where I completed a *three-year Diploma in Hotel Management. I later pursued a **Master’s degree in Hospitality Management in Paris, France*, further strengthening my knowledge and passion for the hospitality industry.

With over *18 years of professional experience, I have had the privilege of working in renowned hospitality establishments around the world. My career has included serving as a **Restaurant Manager, a **Bartender with Disney Cruise Line (USA), and a **Chef de Rang* in France. These experiences have taught me the importance of quality, hospitality, and creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.

This food truck is the realization of a lifelong dream, made possible with the unwavering support of my wife, *Grinal Dias*. She is the heart of our kitchen, bringing exceptional cooking skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for preparing delicious homemade Indian food. Together, we are committed to serving authentic Indian cuisine made with carefully selected ingredients, traditional recipes, and plenty of love.

Our menu celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Bombay and India. From flavourful *Chicken Curry, aromatic **Biryanis, and crispy **Samosas* to many other traditional favourites, every dish is prepared to bring you the true taste of India.
